  • How it works

    When booking a picnic, you agree to our terms and conditions. After submitting a request via our website, email, or phone, you will receive a quote from us. If the quote meets your expectations, we kindly ask you to sign it for confirmation, at which point your reservation will be finalized. We will ensure everything is set up and ready before your arrival at the chosen location and time. All you have to do is show up and enjoy!  


    Our picnics typically last 3 hours, and we will return at the end of the picnic to clean up everything. If you'd like to extend your picnic, this is also possible, and we charge an additional fee of €50 per hour for each extra hour.


    For all picnics, we charge a deposit of €100. 

  • Changes, cancellation policy & rescheduling

    After signing and confirming the quote, your reservation is finalized. If you cancel after confirming your quote, we will charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the quoted amount. Once your booking is confirmed, we will rely on the final number of people provided to us. Of course, changes can happen, so you can update the number of people up to 7 days before the event.  


    If you cancel within 14 days and up to 72 hours before the start of the picnic, we will charge 50% of the total amount. If you cancel within 72 hours before the start of the picnic, the full amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued. The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours to the same account used for payment.


    Different terms and conditions apply to events. We always include our terms and conditions as an attachment with our quotes.

  • Bad weather policy

    You can plan the perfect picnic, but you can't predict the weather. Of course, it can happen that it will rain on the day of your reserved picnic. We will keep a close eye on the weather conditions and if rain is predicted, we will contact you at the latest 48 hours before the start of the booking to look for an alternative. For example, we can move the picnic to an indoor location, such as your home or that of a friend.

  • Properties

    All items used during the picnic or event are property of Nori Picnics & Events. All items must be returned in the same condition as you found them.
